Founder and CEO of Freedom Industries, LLC, and Financial Systems Analyst for the Department of the Interior.
After graduating from Tri-County High School in Buena Vista, GA, Dexter reported to recruit training at Parris Island, SC. While serving in the Marine Corps, Dexter served in many positions, including financial preparer, certifier, auditor, system analyst, and senior enlisted advisor for numerous finance divisions. Dexter also served in Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom.
After retiring from the Marine Corps in 2015, Dexter served as an Insurance
Agent for Bankers in Wilmington, NC. After moving back to Georgia, Dexter served as General Manager for Days Inn in Americus, GA, as a Financial Clerk in the Comptroller’s Office at the Marine Corps Logistics Command in Albany, GA, Financial Specialist for Warner Robins Air Force Base, and currently serving as a Financial System Analyst for the Department of the Interior.
As the CEO of Freedom Industries, LLC, Dexter invested in property, financial education and services, insurance, and an ecommerce clothing line. Dexter has a B.S. in Finance, an A.A. in Management Studies, and a Certification in Management Foundations from the University of Maryland University College, Department of Defense Financial Management Certification Level 1 and 2 from the Department of Defense and is a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
